I've not been able to sleep for a little while. I usually just lay there going over the movie that is playing in my head on repeat of things I need to do, things I have to remember, things I should have done.

Such a bright yellow top. It's very cool. I know how you feel about the no sleep thing as you go over stuff in your head. Try smelling some lavender just before laying down. It's supposed to help naturally calm you.
