Some mornings, nothing feels better then sitting still for a few minutes just watching. Helps me collect my thoughts and breath fully. I can quickly get caught up in things I'm working on, sometimes over analyzing every detail and every conversation, neglecting everything and everyone else. It's starting to catch up to me. Hopefully this weekend I'll get some quality time to just rest laying in the sun, right now though I'm gonna go get dressed for another day of work.
