The heatwave+constant california fires make for a super untolerable environment. Now is the time of year where I long for the sweet cold air of autumn. I haven't been this excited about an arrival of a shoe in a while. They are just as perfect as I imagined: substantial, comfortable, and ridiculous all at once. I've already planned a bunch of outfits around them in my brain. so good.
Next order of business, purchase luggage. Why do they only make ugly rolling carryons?

I searched high and low for a pretty piece of luggage. Finally I found a hot pink rolling carry-on. Now, however, I'm wondering if it's approved to be brought on airplanes. I think it is, though. I'm sorry, I can't face an ugly carry-on - I want pretty all the way. Pink is pretty in my book. Happy luggage hunting! :)
